Fedur plate is a bimetallic plate that offers a combination of hardness and toughness.
Fedur's Top Layer has a very fine grain structure combined with a constant hardness of at least 62 HRc along the entire wear resistant layer.
These properties render this product suitable for use under extreme operating conditions where the cost of downtime far outweighs the initial expenditure or the capital outlay of replacement.
The theory of wear tells us that the hardest material will overcome. That is why Fedur plate ( >62HRc hardness of the Top wear Layer) is very successful in this application.
