EXTREME IMPACT RESISTANT
Fedur plate has extremely high impact resistant properties.
Fedur plate is a bimetallic plate that offers a combination of hardness; toughness and impact resistant.
Fedur's Top Layer has a very fine grain structure combined with a constant hardness of at least 62 HRc throughout the entire wear resistant layer.
This is one of the reasons for fighting wear in combination with extreme hardness and fine structure. You can be sure that your equipment is up and running without unnecessary standstills.
At our factory, we can even process Fedur plate into Top wear Layer thickness of 20mm. This makes Fedur suited for a whole range of impact, heavy duty and abrasive conditions in the mining, dredging, energy & recycling, and raw material processing industry.
