EASY TO MONITOR
Fedur plate is easy to monitor. Ultrasonic testing can be performed externally. Despite the two layers of Fedur plate you only measure about 1-1.5% deviation in the thickness test.
We test every item before it is delivered to our customer.
We have various in-house NDE (Non Destructive Examination) test methods, including:
• Ultrasonic testing: Phased Array (PA) / Time Of Flight Diffraction (TOFD)
• Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
• Micro Vickers hardness test (HV)
• Brinell hardness test (HB)
• Rockwell C hardness test (HRc)
• Positive Material Identification (PMI) chemical material analysis
If you have any specific questions relating to quality, please contact us. Our QA/QC team will be happy to answer any questions
